Can we bring data from our current system?
Yes. EduSpark supports structured CSV and Excel imports for students, guardians, staff, teachers, academic structure, historical results, attendance, opening balances and historical payments. Imports include validation, reconciliation, history and rollback.
How is pricing calculated?
Plans are based on billing cycle and school capacity. School-management modules are included; SMS, AI and CBT are prepaid consumables that can be topped up when required.
What happens during the trial?
You receive all-feature access for one full school term (120 days) without a card. Each school can use the trial only once, and a paid plan is required afterward.
Is each school's data separated?
Yes. EduSpark uses a database-per-school tenancy model, tenant-scoped private storage, role permissions and record-level access rules.
Can plans change as our school grows?
Yes. You can move to a larger student or staff capacity and independently purchase more SMS, AI or CBT credits without changing your plan.
